ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

On your day of arrival your room is available from 3 p.m. We will of course help you with your luggage. On the day of your departure, we would ask you to please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. If you leave our hotel before 07.00 a.m. or on a Saturday, then we would ask you to please settle your bill the night before by 10.30 p.m. If you would like to arrange a transfer or to have a breakfast pack on the day of your departure then please contact our reception team in good time by dialing 100. If, after checking out, you do not wish to leave immediately, then of course you are welcome to leave your baggage at the reception desk and we will be pleased to help you. Please ask at reception.

There are many banks in the center of Mayrhofen, within a few minutes on foot from the hotel. All banks have cash machines and currency exchange service.

Fantastic cocktails and a huge selection of aperitifs, digestifs, whiskeys and cognacs. We also offer fine teas from Ronnefeld and superb coffees from the traditional Austrian brand Julius Meinl.

BANQUETS AND CONGRESSES

Discussions, lectures, seminars or celebrations in wonderful surroundings? In our hotel you will find suitable rooms for your event. At your disposal is a modern, light-flooded conference room (with projector, screen and flipchart) for 8 to 40 persons. We would also be very pleased to discuss your requirements together with our “sister hotel”Neuhaus Zillertal Resort, for the use of two further possible conference rooms or a cinema-style projection room. BOWLING ALLEY

Our sister hotel Neuhaus Zillertal Resort has a bowling alley “Kug‘l” with three fully automatic lanes, at your disposal from 11.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The price per lane /per hour is Euro 12.00.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

Foreign currencies can be changed at all the local banks, all within a few minutes on foot from the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel or abort your booking to stay then according to hotel regulations we must charge a proportion of the costs. We would therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

If your departure is earlier than this, we will be pleased to make a lunchbox for you if you inform us at reception by 7 p.m. the day before.

In our Pizzeria Mamma Mia we offer a selection of Italian pasta dishes, pizzas and tasty fresh salads.

Afternoon Snack from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
For an in-between snack: fresh salads, soups, cheese, ham, pastries and cakes from our patisserie.

“Vitality Buffet” in the Relax Lounge – throughout the day you will find healthy goodies full of vitamins, including nuts, dried fruits, fruit, vitalized water and teas at our buffet in the Relax Lounge.

Dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Enjoy our 5-course gourmet menu in one of our traditional dining rooms. Our salad buffet and a selection of regional cheese specialties tempt you to help yourself to whatever you like. Our staff will show you to your table. We would request please that you do not come to dinner wearing sportswear or wellness outfits. Thank you.

DOGS

Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome at the ElisabethHotel. We ask you only not to take them into the restaurant, the bathing areas or the Elisense Spa and at all time please keep them on the leash. In the event of any damage we would point out that costs must be borne by you or your insurance company. We charge from Euro 30.00 per day without food.

Our beautiful SWIMMING POOL is open for you every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The TEXTIL SAUNA AREA is heated daily from 11 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the NUDE SAUNA AREA daily from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30. p.m.

TREATMENTS AND MASSAGES:

Please make appointments at the reception desk or directly with this application. Therefore please go to tile Elisense Spa.

The bathing area and spa are on Level - 1, easily reached by lift or on foot. For advice or appointments please call reception 100 or the ElisenseSpa team 555.

Our reception team will be very pleased to give you tips for enjoyable excursions and has lots of information and brochures for you.

FIRE PREVENTION

We trust that you can understand that we cannot allow the use of candles or sparkers in your hotel room. These measures are taken in order to guarantee your safety. Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and suites. Should an alarm be set off without due cause, this must be paid for.

Our hotel bar is open for you daily from 3 p.m. Delicious cocktails, excellent wines, aperitifs, digestifs as well as finest coffee and a large selection of teas are all waiting for you! Our barkeeper will be pleased to recommend drinks.

INTERNET/ WIFI

We provide free Internet via WIFI for our hotel guests. You will find the access code on your Key-Card cover. The connection quality is dependent on our regional provider and we have no influence on this.

KEYCARD

There is a charge of Euro 5.00 for the loss of your keycard. We are sure you can understand this! Please remember that before your departure you should hand in your keycard at the reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE (small charge)

You can hand in your washing to the chambermaid or at reception. Dry cleaning is carried out outside the hotel and takes about 3 days.

MASSAGE

A massage is relaxing and invigorating! For advice and appointments please ask at the reception or the ElisenseSpa team or use this application (tile Elisense Spa).

There is a minibar in each room or suite. The reception team will be pleased to take your order for the minibar. These drinks will be added to the bill for your room. You can order directly with this application. Therefore please go to tile Minibar.

MOBILE PHONES

The ElisabethHotel wants to be a refuge for our guests, a place of peace and quiet and relaxation. We would therefore ask you also to be aware of other guests and as far as possible to avoid long conversations on your mobile especially during mealtimes.

NO-CASH POLICY

Throughout the ElisabethHotel you do not need to pay cash. In our restaurants, at the bar or in the Elisense Spa you simply state your room number and sign the respective bill. Your signature is our security and for you too, a quick and easy method of payment. Complaints at a later date can unfortunately not be taken into account.

NIGHT ENTRANCE

If you wish to return to the hotel after 11 p.m., you can open the main entrance door with your keycard (to the right of the main entrance). Please do not forget to take your keycard with you when you go out.

Various daily newspapers and journals are at your disposal in the Club Lounge. Special wishes can be ordered for you!

Your table is reserved for you in one of our restaurants - in the Besteckstube, Uhrenstube, Herzerlstube, Rosenstube, Sissi Stube or Jagdstube.

REPAIRS

If the light bulb no longer works or the remote control is defective or if there is something else in your room with which you are not satisfied – then just tell us! Our hotel janitor will take care of it as soon as possible. Just call reception (dial 100).

 
ROOM SERVICE

Would you like to enjoy breakfast in bed or maybe afternoon coffee and cake on your balcony? We will be pleased to serve you all meals and drinks in your room. Please note that for this service there is an extra charge of Euro 10.00.- To place your order simply dial 100.

ROOM CLEANING

Your room or suite is cleaned every day. If you wish to sleep late or remain undisturbed then simply hang the sign “Do not disturb” on your door. Our chambermaids are available till 3.30 p.m. for cleaning the rooms.

SAFE

All rooms and suites have a safe. Just follow the instructions for use. On the day of your departure, please leave the safe open.

SAUNA

Saunas are heated daily from 11 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and if the weather is bad, then on request from 10.00 a.m.

SWIMMING POOL

Open daily from 7 a.m. till 9 p.m.

SKI DEPOT / SKI ROOM

For each room there is also an own locker in the ski depot with boots heating, opened with your room keycard. Your locker number is the same as your room number.

SKI PASS

The Zillertal SuperSkipass (for 2 days or more) can be issued for you at our reception desk. This is valid for the whole Zillertal region, including the Hintertuxer Glacier!

SKI BUS

The stop for the ski bus to the ski area Mayrhofen is right outside the hotel. The stop for the ski bus to the Hintertuxer Glacier is at the rail station.

SMOKING IN YOUR ROOM

In accordance with Austrian “tobacco laws”, smoking is not permitted in public rooms, and therefore not in the whole of the hotel area, including hotel rooms and suites.
