The road from Ginzling to Tristenbachalm is converted into a toboggan run in winter. Over a length of 3 km, the tobogganer is offered a lot of variety. Fast, steeper straight pieces alternate with sharp S-curves, small jumps and narrow 180 ° turns spice up the route.
The run is continuously groomed if possible, depending on the weather. Hazardous areas are secured by nets. In the evening the toboggan run is illuminated until the last guest has tobogganed down from the Tristenbachalm.
Toboggans can be hired at the Tristenbachalm for € 4.50. When you arrive in Ginzling, you stack the rental toboggans directly at the exit of the toboggan run in the marked area. So nobody has to bring their own toboggan or bring the rental toboggan back up to the Alm.
However, the instructions of the staff must be followed!
